Flag Day 2020
Today is flag day! May she forever wave!
On this day in 1777, the stars and stripes were adopted by a resolution of the Second Continental Congress. Over a hundred years later , in 1916, President Woodrow Wilson proclaimed this date as Flag Day.
We are grateful to the Nolensville High School Band for placing the flag at the end of our driveway for the day.
